Aerogel thermal insulation coating

Kistler® aerogel coating is composed of preferred film-forming materials, nano aerogel thermal insulation material, glass beads (or ceramic beads), cellulose, nano inorganic silicon solution, as well as other main and auxiliary materials.

Flexible crack resistance Good thermal insulation Stable performance
The Kistler® aerogel coating utilizes soft elastic crack resistance technology, which matches the change index of the elastic modulus of each layer of the base wall materials and gradually changes layer by layer. This combination of allowable deformations and limited deformations can effectively prevent wall cracks. The Kistler® aerogel coating is characterized by KSL6 aerogel particles and micron level hollow glass microspheres which are scientifically proportioned, with a thermal conductivity reaching as low as 0.030W/(m · k). Kistler® aerogel coating features efficient thermal insulation, light weight, hydrophobicity, and the other related advantages of aerogel materials. After drying, the coating is firm, water and aging resistant, as well as being polishable with a long service life.

Environment friendly Simple using
Kistler® aerogel coating has a single water-based component, and is free of benzene, formaldehyde, and other toxic and harmful substances. It is green and environmentally friendly. Testing has shown that the TVOC of the dried coating is ≤ 50μg/g. Simple using: with a construction skill from IBIH, Kistler® aerogel coating can be sprayed in large area, with the thickness of single spraying being 1-10mm. After drying, the coating has high bonding strength with the substrate, and the surface is free of bulging, sagging, water marks, or cracks.
