The application temperature range of aerogel is from - 200℃ to 650℃.
Compared with traditional materials, the thickness is significantly reduced, thus the heat dissipation area is reduced by more than 40%, and as a result the linear heat dissipation loss is reduced by more than 40% compared with traditional materials under working conditions with the same surface temperature.
Hydrophobic groups are bonded to the molecular structure, and the overall hydrophobicity rate can reach 98%, which can maintain lifelong hydrophobicity, effectively prevent corrosion under insulation (CUI), and greatly extend the service lifespan of pipes and equipment.
Aerogel doesn't deform after disassembly, and its effective service life is more than 5 times of traditional materials. It can also be reused, which greatly saves on maintenance costs and avoids the trouble of dealing with solid waste.
The special nano-porous structure is resistant to pressure and tension, and its performance is extremely stable. It resists stepping, settling, and other external forces, and has little attenuation over 25 years. More than 40% in stable energy saving income can be obtained every year.
It is composed of nanoporous silica aerogel, glass fiber, ceramic fiber, mullite fiber and other inorganic fibers through special process, which has dual advantages of low thermal conductivity and high temperature resistance
