The aerogel thermal barrier is installed between the power battery cells, which delays heat diffusion due to the thermal runaway of the battery, and effectively blocks the spread of high temperature heat between adjacent cells.
The fireproof thermal insulation coating, aerogel thermal barrier, and fireproof insulation composite tape can effectively block the spread and transmission of fire and heat along three axes, effectively inhibiting the intensity of fires.
Fireproof thermal insulation coating is applied to the inner side of the aluminum upper cover of the pack which can reduce high temperature grilling, maintain the mechanical strength of metal aluminum at high temperature, and protect the outer coating from high temperature penetration and ignition.
It is a composite product that uses aerogel felt as the core material of fire prevention and heat insulation, is encapsulated with film or coating, and has buffer function. It can be assembled between cells and modules to effectively block heat diffusion.
Two-component solvent-free epoxy fire retardant coating is applied to the surface of profiled base material. When it is exposed to fire, the coating foams and expands and carbonizes to form an insulating refractory layer. It can be applied to aluminum PACK and other parts to improve its fire resistance.
This product is a fire and heat insulation product that can be used in a large area with aerogel felt as the fire and heat insulation layer and glass fiber cloth and other veneers. The product can be used in modules, PACK and underbody parts to delay the spread of battery flame and protect personnel safety.
This product is a high-temperature and fireproof insulating material made of ceramic silicon rubber and glass fiber cloth, which can be applied to the outside of the module to solve the insulation failure problem of the battery pack at high temperature.
This product is an elastic foam material compounded by aerogel and organic materials. The product has outstanding heat insulation performance, thin and elastic, and can be used for heat insulation or heat preservation of consumer electronics, vehicle electronics, battery packs and other parts.
